Account info

Account Name Column

This column shows:

• The name of the account

• The range of configured dates (If there are no configured dates, it does not appear)

• The last time you updated

• How long was the last update?

Time Column

This column shows:

• People: The number of people who have allocated hours in the issues associated with the account

• Logged: The total hours allocated by the people in the issues associated with the account

• Estimate: The total estimated hours in the issues associated with the account (There must be at least 90% of issues with estimated hours for the cost calculation to be real)

Cost Column

This column shows:

• Budget:The budget that has been set up in the account

• Burn-out: The cost in hours based on the imputed hours * hours value

• Balance:  The remaining money based on the budget - cost

Quality (Debt) Column

This column shows:

• Rating: Rating based on the quality rules that have been selected. The values are A,B,C,D and E. A is the the highest quality value

• MUDA: The issues that have not been updated for 8 weeks

Flow Column

This column shows:

• TO DO: The total issues that are in the TO DO status

• IN PROGRESS: The total issues that are in the IN PROGRESS status

• DONE: The total issues that are in the DONE status

Projects Column

This column shows:

• The projects icons and a tooltip where you can see more detailed information about the configured projects.

Action buttons Column

This column allow:

• Edit account

• Re-Calculate account

• Delete account
