How to show Jira plugin log

Steps

1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
2. Access to Settings > Manage apps
3. Go to Atlassian Marketplace > Manage apps
4. Copy the app key you want to analyze
5. Access to System
6. Go to System Support > Logging and profiling
7. Go to Default loggers, and click "Configure"
8. Complete the fields
   1. In package name, paste the key copied on step 4
   2. Select the logging level you want to obtain
   3. Click Add
9. Reproduce the problem you want to analyze
10. Review the file atlassian-jira.log. In Linux, located in /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/atlassian-jira.log
