Steps


  • Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.


  • Access to Settings > Manage apps

  • Go to Atlassian Marketplace > Manage apps

  • Copy the app key you want to analyze

Step 4


  • Access to System

Step 5


  • Go to System Support > Logging and profiling

Step 6


  • Go to Default loggers, and click "Configure"

Step 7


  • Complete the fields
    • In package name, paste the key copied on step 4
    • Select the logging level you want to obtain
    • Click Add

Step 8












  • Reproduce the problem you want to analyze
  • Review the file atlassian-jira.log. In Linux, located in /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/atlassian-jira.log
