WorkDay Control for JiraCloud allows users to clock in and out and administrators to easily manage it in JiraCloud.

The application is accessed from the "Apps" section in the top bar of JiraCloud:

Functionalities

• Once clicked, you access the personal time records page.

• There are two buttons ("Check In" and "Check Out"). These buttons record the user's check-in and check-out times (without confirmation).

• Once the clock-in and clock-out times have been recorded, the latest clock-in and clock-out times are listed, as a logbook.

• In case of forgetfulness, an incident must be reported (via application administration).

• Application administration

• It is accessed via the Jira administration menu, section "Manage applications" (Link: WorkDay Control).

It has the following features:

• Configuration: of the days to be shown in the tables, both for users and for the administration table. The value must be greater than 30.

• Incident registration: in case of forgetfulness by a user, an administrator can add a check-in/out record of an employee. In this case, it will be marked in red in the user's table.

• Global list of records: Displays a totalised record with the following information:

  • Date of the record

  • Employee

  • Check-in and check-out time (it is marked in red if it is caused by an incident)

  • Total hours

  • Browser information (web client)

In addition, in the global list of records, there is a button to export the data to a CSV file.
